* When customers are able to input their own content and data into the platform, all plans can begin directly with the SaaS pricing. If the customer requires help, such as with installing sensors or inputting data, they may be charged additional service fees.

** Point of Interest (POI) markers are visual indicators used within a digital environment. These markers serve to draw attention to specific points or objects within the environment that are of particular interest or significance. Genius Core: Up and running in 3 steps

Genius Core 3D Digital Twin is a fully configurable platform that allows you to personalize and utilize the platform independently in three simple steps. Alternatively, you can opt for assistance from our team to guide you through the same setup process.

01. Visuals

To get started, you first need to upload the model(s) of your factory and other desired premises to the platform. The model can be either a FBX or CAD file, or a 3D model.* Should you need help with the models, we are more than happy to assist you!

We will also schedule checkpoints with you to ensure a smooth transition into our platform. Together, we’ll also define the look and feel of the platform to meet your specific needs and business KPIs.

02. Data

We provide ready API access so you can connect your IoT data to the platform by yourself.

If necessary, our team will handle onsite installations to guarantee seamless implementation. Additionally, we will be there to check that all systems, data connections, and integrations are working together harmoniously.

03. Go

As part of our onboarding process, we offer comprehensive training sessions to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the benefits of our platform. We will also conduct follow-up checkup calls at 1, 3, and 6-month intervals to monitor progress and address any questions or concerns you may have.
