One of the key objectives of the workshop is to define user stories so that the solution is focusing on the essential needs of your organization. The workshop also includes a mapping of the client’s IT environment and how data visualization can be implemented as smoothly as possible.

The workshop will be organised as a participatory event, either at the client’s premises or remotely, where possible.

On the behalf of Process Genius, the workshop will be attended by the account manager coordinating the work, as well as a service designer and a technology expert who understand the requirements of user experience, 3D modelling and system architecture. We can help identify the key people needed on the client side, as required.
